Exploring 2D Shapes in P2A

This week in P2, we explored 2D shapes and their properties through fun, hands-on activities. The children used natural materials, their bodies, and classroom objects to create and identify different shapes.

Through these experiences, they developed their ability to recognise, name, and describe 2D shapes. This kind of practical learning helps build strong mathematical understanding while encouraging creativity, problem-solving and collaboration.
