Connected Learning in P1B

After enjoying to our big book about an apple tree, the children visited the Nursery to look at their beautiful crab apple tree. Some apples had fallen off the tree so we took a few back to our nature table to explore further in class. We used the interactive white board to create our own apple tree. Then we sorted for the different apple colours. 
The children had lots of opportunities when we were at the Nursery to use their imagination and explore the various play areas.
