🌟 World Mental Health Day in P3B 🌟

Today, we wore yellow to show support for mental health awareness 💛

As a class, we explored lots of fun and calming ways to look after our mental wellbeing, including:

🎶 Singing and dancing
🧘‍♀️ Chair yoga and deep breathing
🎨 Colouring and creative time
📖 Storytelling and sharing
🎵 Listening to calming music
🎲 Playing games and enjoying outside time

It was a joyful, mindful day full of smiles, movement, and connection. We learned that looking after our mental health can be fun, creative, and something we can do every day!

💡 3 Tips to Try at Home:

  1. Create a Calm Corner – A quiet space with books, soft cushions, and calming activities like colouring or puzzles.
  2. Family Dance Breaks – Put on a favourite song and dance together to lift everyone's mood!
  3. Gratitude Moments – Share one thing you're thankful for each day, either at dinner or bedtime.
